1. Booking Terms

By booking a package or activity with Andaman Wonders, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • All bookings are subject to availability
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • Full payment or deposit is required to confirm your booking
  • Booking confirmation will be sent via email

2. Cancellation Policy

  • 30+ days before travel: Full refund minus processing fees
  • 15-30 days before travel: 50% refund
  • 7-14 days before travel: 25% refund
  • Less than 7 days: No refund

Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.

3. Payment Terms

  • We accept payment via credit/debit cards, net banking, and UPI
  • For bookings made 30+ days in advance, a 30% deposit is required
  • Balance payment must be made 15 days before travel
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise

4. Travel Documents

It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have:

  • Valid ID proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, etc.)
  • Required permits for foreign nationals
  • Travel insurance (recommended)
  • Any necessary medical certificates

5. Liability

Andaman Wonders acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We are not liable for:

  • Any loss, damage, or injury during travel
  • Changes in weather conditions affecting activities
  • Delays or cancellations by airlines, ferries, or hotels
  • Loss of personal belongings

6. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Safety concerns
  • Unforeseen circumstances
  • Government regulations

We will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives.
